Maid Cleaning
This service is variable depending on the client’s requirements and the size of the property. This service is charged hourly. This can be anything from a daily clean which would consist of making the beds, cleaning the floors and bathrooms. To a full departure clean, which would consist of the above plus linen and towel change, kitchen, windows, dusting, balconies and generally making sure the property is ready to receive the next client.

We also offer a full spring clean this would then include inside of the cooker, inside all the cupboards and wardrobes.

Laundry
This is taken to a specially selected and reliable launderette on your behalf and collected and returned to your property within 48 hours.

Checks on unoccupied properties
We feel this service is especially important for properties left unoccupied and closed up for long periods of time as due to the climate in the Algarve properties can be vulnerable to mildew and mould.

This service includes opening up and thoroughly ventilating the property, checking the gas and electrical appliances are all working, flushing all the toilets and a general look around to make sure there are no problems and everything is secure.

DON’T JUST LOCK UP AND LEAVE, YOUR PROPERTY MAY BECOME ATTRACTIVE TO THIEVES AND VULNERABLE TO LEAKS DUE TO HEAVY DOWNPOURS.

Mail Boxes
These are checked and empted regularly (an overflowing mail box is another indication the property has been vacant for some time, thus making it vulnerable) all mail is forwarded to your permanent residence twice monthly usually on the 7th and 21st of every month (the mail charge will be paid by the owner)

Transfers to and from the airport
This can be arranged at the owners request or by each individual client. This is not just a pick and drop of service; we will explain where your local supermarket and tourist attractions are. Take you inside your property and make sure you are comfortable about where everything is and how it works. You will then be left to enjoy your holiday bearing in mind that we are only at the end of the phone should you need any help or advice.

Escorted shopping trips
When purchasing our first property in Portugal, we found the process quite daunting but through our own determination and many hours of searching the Algarve we found many furniture shops, bathroom supplies and much more.

We would like to take away the headache for any purchaser trying to furnish a property by either taking you to the appropriate shops or discussing your requirements and shopping on your behalf. The most simplest of things can be a headache when you just don’t know how !!!

Part of this service is also to arrange the fitting of your purchases such as shower cubicles and shower doors, lights, bathroom accessories and anything else that may involve a drill or a screwdriver.

Pool Maintenance
Hot, sticky and just need to cool down, well, you can rely on us to have your pool clean and ready for use. We continually check the PH levels, clean and maintain your pool. We will have the heater turned on at your request and a pool that is always ready to go.
